Conditions:
* Above contracted rates are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and inclusive of service Charge (5%) and applicable value added tax (10%).
* Rates are non-commissionable and based on per room per night
* Rates included breakfast and value add with complimentary wellness journey (BBS) up to 2 adults for room.
Children Policy:
* Maximum one (1) child per room under 6 years old is complimentary when sharing parents' room and utilizing existing bed.
* Children from 06 years old to 11 years old are charged VND 378,000 net per night using existing bedding including breakfast only.
* Children from 12 years old to 15 years old are charged VND 525,000 net per night using existing bedding including breakfast only.
* Children under 12 years old, meal price is as per children's menu
* Childen under 16 years old will not allowed to use spa
* Half/full board rate for children: from 06 - 11 years old = half of adult's rate; under 6 years old = FOC
Extra bed:
* Baby cot is complimentary upon request and subject to availability and room type to accept
